Meditation

Pause. Breathe. Come home to yourself.

Meditation helps you connect with the present moment by bringing awareness to your thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations. It can support relaxation, reduce stress, and improve focus and emotional wellbeing.

In sessions, I offer guided meditations tailored to your needs, whether you're looking to feel more grounded, manage anxiety, or simply find a moment of calm in a busy life. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to pause and breathe.

A peaceful meditation setting
My approach

Softening the mind, opening the heart.

As a trained Heart Meditation facilitator, I offer a calm, comfortable and welcoming space where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself. Sessions are held in small groups of up to three people, allowing for a more personal and supportive atmosphere.

With mats, blankets and eye masks provided, you can truly settle in and feel at ease. My approach makes meditation a nurturing experience that brings clarity, balance and calm you can carry with you beyond our time together.

Intimate sessions

A nurturing hour, gently held.

£15per person

  • Hot drinks included
  • Mats, blankets and eye masks provided for your comfort
Community evenings

Larger meditation evenings, held every few months.

Alongside my intimate small-group sessions, every couple of months I host a larger guided meditation evening at Warmington Village Hall. It's a warm, welcoming space to share the practice with a bigger group, and a lovely way to try meditation for the first time.

Everyone is welcome and no experience is needed. Places are just £10 per person.

As these are larger gatherings, please bring your own mat, pillow, blanket or anything else you need to feel comfortable (unlike my small-group sessions, where everything is provided).

Community evenings

New dates announced regularly.
