A collaborative journey, walked together.
I hope this can be a gentle starting point for you, a safe space to learn about therapy and meditation. I see therapy as a journey we take side by side: you set the pace, and I walk alongside you with empathy, honesty and care.

A space where you can feel truly heard.
My aim is to create a supportive space where you can feel truly heard, and where you can begin to understand and accept yourself more fully. There's no agenda but yours.
Whatever has brought you here, whether you know exactly what you want to explore, or simply sense that something needs to shift, you're welcome exactly as you are.
Fully qualified, and always learning.
I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor, holding an MSc with Honours in Counselling and, more recently, a Level 5 Diploma in Attachment-based Psychotherapeutic Counselling (CPCAB). Alongside my formal education, I have completed extensive specialist training to support my work with individuals experiencing anxiety and other emotional challenges.
Much of my work is attachment-informed. I pay close attention to the relational patterns, protective strategies and emotional responses that often sit beneath a presenting difficulty, and I see the therapeutic relationship itself as a place where new, more secure ways of relating can gently develop.
I am also a certified facilitator of Heart Meditation and have trained in The Rewind Technique, an evidence-based approach for the effective treatment of trauma (PTSD) and phobias.

Ongoing training to support you well.
To further enrich my practice, I've undertaken a wide range of CPD courses. My commitment to ongoing learning ensures I can offer the most compassionate, effective and up-to-date support possible.
