My Approach

There is no single way to heal or grow. My integrative approach means that we can explore what works best for you, shaping therapy around your unique story and what feels most supportive.

 

I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each person’s journey is unique, so I draw from different approaches to create a way of working that feels right for you. Together, we’ll find a path that supports your needs, at your pace.

Areas of Focus in My Practice

I specialise in working with anxiety and the many ways it can show up—such as panic attacks, low self-esteem, negative self-talk, perfectionism, burnout, stress, intrusive thoughts, PTSD, and challenges in relationships.

Together, we’ll work to increase your self-awareness, understand what’s holding you back, and help you move toward lasting change. My aim is to support you in overcoming obstacles and becoming the version of yourself you want to be—at your own pace and in your own way.

Pricing

Sessions are priced as follows:​

  • Standard sessions: £50 (50 minutes)

  • Concession rate for trainee counsellors: £45 (50 minutes)
