My Approach
As a trained Heart Meditation facilitator, I offer a calm, comfortable, and welcoming space where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself. Sessions are held in small groups of up to three people, allowing for a more personal and supportive atmosphere. With mats, blankets, and eye masks provided, you can truly settle in and feel at ease. My approach encourages softening the mind and opening the heart, making meditation a nurturing experience that brings clarity, balance, and calm you can carry with you beyond our time together.
